Nepal Yoga Home was a great experience, the food amazing, the staff and instructors are so very kind and welcoming. I was on a 2 week yoga retreat but could've easily stayed longer. There is heating/ac every room, the deluxe accomodation was very clean and decorated well with a small balcony to enjoy the sun.The standard accomodation is smaller basic older room but clean. There is hot tea on tap with a different variety everyday. A rooftop that overlooks Kathmandu. They have treatments onsite including sauna/steam room, an ayurvedic doctor and massages. It's a very social atmosphere with all different courses, eating dinners together. Sundays are a day off which can be spent doing tourist activities which can be also organised by Yoga Home. 尼泊尔瑜珈之家 - 限成人
I never imagined that such a place could exist on Earth—until I experienced Nepal Yoga Home. What began as a one-month stay became a life-changing journey that I never wanted to end. From the serene rooms, well maintained & clean, to the peaceful surroundings - just 5 Km away from Thamel, Kathmandu City Center. Everything here is built with love and intention. The hospitality is unlike anything I’ve experienced from every single staff member, from the reception team to the teachers, the chef, the driver. They treat you like a family. You truly feel seen, heard, and cared for. The daily yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions were deeply transformative. More than just classes, they were gateways to presence and healing. And the people you meet—fellow seekers from all corners of the globe—create a community unlike any other. Despite differences in language or culture, everyone shares the same goal: peace, growth, and inner stillness. A special mention must go to the food: healthy, satvic, delicious—and yes, their peanut butter is addictive. The graduation day celebration, with dancing and those unforgettable oven-baked pizzas, was the perfect farewell. And above all, heartfelt thanks to Shanti and her team for your warmth, care, and attention to detail made this feel like home in every sense. Definitely a value for money place.
