• Sushant旅行社的Hotel Apple Villa My stay was extremely disappointing and fell far below acceptable standards. The room had multiple serious issues, including non-functioning air conditioning, television, toilet flush, shower, and unreliable key card access, with no toilet paper provided. Cleanliness was poor: stained bedsheets, broken mattress springs, hair on the bed, flies in the room, damp towels placed on the bed with remotes on top, and overall unhygienic conditions. The bathroom extractor fan was excessively loud, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, construction noise started around 8:30am, severely disrupting my sleep after I had checked in at 2:30am due to flight delays. Given the number and severity of these problems, the room was unfit for accommodation and did not match the standards advertised on Trip.com, making this a complete service failure.

• 利马索尔白城 We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at White City Limassol Aparthotel. With the kitchenette/living room, separate bedroom and bathroom (with shower), it was great having additional space. It made for a comfortable, easy base for exploring beautiful Cyprus. White City is very well located, a 20 minute walk to the old town and the sea front, and just a 5 minute walk to one of Limassol’s main shopping streets. Lots of restaurants nearby and within a 10 minute walk. Our apartment was very modern with keypad code entry instead of a keycard. It had comfortable bed and large sofa. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine - plus standard small kitchen appliances. The air con was efficient and quiet. It had a lovely big balcony. There is a rooftop pool, which we never used as unheated. Expect in summer this would be lovely to have a dip in. NOTE a really big bonus for us was the great TV - lots of standard UK channels, plus Netflix available - fantastic! The reception desk was always manned, and front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The reception area has a couple of large separate areas for guests. Parking is relatively straightforward - White City has its own small basement car park. There is also a small public car park across the road plus parking in the surrounding streets. Apartment cleaning/towel changing/bin emptying - we were told this happens every other day, however we found it to be less frequent. Reception are happy to provide clean towels if required. A number of suggestions that would move the apartments from 4 stars to 5 stars..… We thought bog-standard, large mugs could be provided (we found the crockery provided a bit odd and wacky tbh). We bought our own mugs for €1.50 from Jumbo. Cushions for the sofas. We used our bed pillows to provide additional comfort on the sofa. More coat hangers - just four provided in our wardrobe. Ended up doubling and tripling up coats and trousers. Finally, bedside tables - although trendy just not practical - far too small, so most of our usual bedside tech, glasses and other stuff ended up being kept on the floor. We totally recommend White City Limassol as a great place to stay.

The staff here are absolutely amazing - they are not only hardworking and professional, but also incredibly friendly. They go out of their way to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One highlight of my visit was definitely the massage I had with Naza. If you're planning a trip here, I highly recommend booking a session with Naza. It was, hands down, one of the best massages I've ever experienced. Pura Vida!

• 蒂耶拉苏埃尼奥斯疗养中心度假村(Tierra de Sue?os Lodge & Wellness Center) Tierra de Suenos is beautiful and peaceful. The staff was amazing, and the meals and juices were delicious. The only noise was from the jungle, and I enjoyed it as I had never stayed in a jungle setting before. The yoga was excellent, and the teachers obviously knew what they were doing. Seeing as I was the only person actually staying at Tierra de Suenos, it was nice to have community members in the yoga along with me. The price was reasonable and the bungalows were spacious. My only suggestion would be another fan in the room as it got pretty hot during the day and early evenings. Another fan would help the air circulate more. Also, maybe a few more hooks in the room so that things could air out. I liked the location - there were a lot of cool places/beaches to explore nearby and it was easy to get to Puerto Viejo. I hope to return soon.

I also found the location for us was excellent and able to walk down the town where we had found a variety of stores, restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful with us. • 库帕阿波尔海滩雨林度假酒店 Our stay at Copa de Arbol Beach & Rainforest Resort was truly unforgettable. While the setting itself is absolutely breathtaking, what makes this place so special are the people. The location is spectacular – tucked between lush rainforest and the Pacific Ocean, peaceful, remote, and incredibly beautiful. Arriving by boat already sets the tone, and from that moment on everything feels seamless: the private bungalows, the wildlife all around you, and the constant feeling of being completely immersed in nature. What really sets Copa de Arbol apart, however, is the staff. Daniel, Alonso, Mauricio, Gabriel, Esteban, Lisseth, Albert and Brayan were exceptional. Warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The service never felt rehearsed or forced – it was personal, sincere, and came straight from the heart. You can feel that they truly love what they do, and that energy shapes the entire atmosphere of the resort. Ann, the massage therapist, also deserves special mention. Her massage was outstanding – easily one of the best we’ve ever had, delivered with real skill and sensitivity. The restaurant was another highlight: excellent food, beautifully prepared, fresh, creative, and consistently high quality throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool area with its ocean views, the almost private-feeling beach, and the perfectly organized tours and activities complete the experience. Copa de Arbol is more than just a resort – it’s a feeling. A rare place where nature, comfort, and genuine humanity come together. We’ve stayed in many beautiful places around the world, but this one will stay with us for a long time. An absolute and wholehearted recommendation. We truly hope to return one day. • 库帕阿波尔海滩雨林度假酒店 I arrived with a broken ankle (aircraft en route!) & was met by a member of staff who lifted me off the boat & carried me over the beach to dry land! The captain must have radioed ahead. Our room #1 was fabulous & immaculately clean. we could hear the crashing waves all day & night, along with rainforest creatures, bliss! Everyone from the chefs, restaurant staff & reception were so helpful and friendly especially when dealing with a dietary restriction. They even made me a special bread. They went over and above to help. I can’t thank them enough. The resort is beautiful, clean & so peaceful, the resident sloth made a few appearances too! We will most definitely recommend it & return.

La piscine est agréable et la plage déserte donne l’impression d’être seul au monde. Compte tenu du prix payé : 850 € la nuit nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux Les repas sont bons mais pas exceptionnels et sont tous servis à tables. Nous aurions aimé avoir un buffet au moins au petit déjeuner, car la carte bien que changeant tous les matins était assez restrictive. Le bungalow était agréable mais aucune isolation phonique (le ressac permanent de la mer était très bruyant et dérangeant) L’absence d’un mini-réfrigérateur dans la chambre nous a également surpris et dé?u car il y avait la climatisation qui tournait toute la journée donc le coté écologique ne justifiait pas cette absence. Enfin, la salle de bain était très petite et il manquait une double vasque. Le wc était dans la salle de bain. A notre avis, cet h?tel a été con?u pour convenir aux standards américains
