• 克兰伯里欢朋酒店 This is a clean, well maintained property. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Our only complaint was that there was a sign in the room that stated the room would be cleaned every other day. We assumed that it would be cleaned after the second night for a 3 night stay. When we got back from a morning out after the second night, our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk, and we were told the room was scehduled to be cleaned the following day. That is the day we were checking out. This should have been explained to us at check-in.

• 科拉尔维尔智选假日套房酒店 We booked this hotel over another specifically to use the pool. The pool area and was so chaotic and unsafe my little one didn’t want to even walk into the pool area. There were kids pushing, shoving, screaming and spraying each other with a shower hose. The parents were in the hotel lobby but not watching the kids in the pool. I said something to the worker at the front desk but he looked kind of scared to go in there (I don’t blame him) it was that bad. I could have stayed at another hotel that didn’t have a pool but since we were bringing kids chose this one. This was very disappointing, I’ve been to a lot of tournaments over the years with my kids and have never experienced anything this chaotic. Not really the hotels fault just parents that weren’t parenting.

• 科拉尔维尔智选假日套房酒店 Staff was great. Fitness room very limited. Serving area for breakfast very small so was crowded but seating area was nice. Had 2 dogs in the room next to me and they barked whenever they heard a noise, not the staffs fault but what was their fault was putting them across from the elevator so lots of barking at random noises. Love dogs, but shouldn’t be allowed if they bark randomly.
• 科拉尔维尔SpringHill Suites酒店 The hotel was very nice, clean, easy check-in, friendly helpful staff. The rooms are big, and the breakfast was excellent! Will stay here again!
• 科拉尔维尔SpringHill Suites酒店 Room was clean and comfortable. We reserved a suite with two Queen beds and sofa turned into a bed. The beds were fulls. Not queens as stated. The beds were comfortable- just not as large as we had reserved. Had to exchange the extra pillow from the closet for a different one because the one that was in the closet had a bad odor. My daughters had fun in the pool. Breakfast was good with several options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

• 科拉尔维尔万枫酒店及套房 I order 2 queen beds and when i walked into the room it had one king bed and a pullout couch/ bed. We stayed in the room it was fine. But then around 10 somone knocked on the door and they were given the room we were in. After a short conversation the issue was fixed. The front desked called the room and apologized alot of times . This i am sure was a one time issue and not typical. The room was great the place was nice and clean. The people i talked with were all pleasant.

• 科拉尔维尔凯悦酒店及会议中心 Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

There is MASSIVE hotel being built directly across from this hotel so don't expect quiet until after 6 pm. The breakfast offered great selections from waffles to eggs, oatmeal, cereals, toasts, fresh fruit. It was great. The seating area was also fantastic. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. It is close driving distance to a local mall and shopping areas and within 10 minutes or so of The Ritz concert venue. Easy access to highway and plenty of food options near and within walking distance to hotel. Overall okay.
