Also discovered while looking for other bugs, it looked like the sheets on the other bed had not been changed. We captured the bug in between two plastic cups, got our stuff together, and proceeded to the desk to check out. We handed the bug to the front desk clerk, and he took the cups apart, and shook the bug out onto the floor BEFORE asking if it was a bed bug. Im still waiting on a refund, after emailing a picture to (im assuming) management. I do not wish to stay at this hotel again.

She said we might be trying to steal towels. So even though housekeeping should have given us towels, we have to share dirty towels because we might steal them

• 芝加哥-奥克福里斯特洲际智选假日套房酒店 I arrived early on Sunday, March 1st to see if early check-in was possible. I waited about 15 minutes before someone came to the front desk. Unfortunately, the staff member was short and somewhat rude when informing me that early check-in was not available. Later that day, I returned with my family to officially check in and settle into our room. When we entered, we were shocked to find that the room was clearly under construction and should not have been assigned to guests. The bathroom flooring had been removed, and there was a shovel and other equipment left near the door. It was unacceptable and disappointing, especially after a long day of travel. I believe her name was Tracey, and she did resolve the issue quickly, which I appreciate. However, given the circumstances, I would have expected an upgraded room or some form of compensation. Additionally, the pool was not available for use during our stay. Overall, while I appreciate Tracey’s prompt assistance and hospitality, this experience makes it unlikely that I would book here again.

The breakfast was great. You should try the cinnamon rolls!!! The staff was friendly! Keep up the great work!!

The hotel room and lobby were very clean and smelled clean! Thank you Toi for a wonderful breakfast that was full and ready! She was very attentive and helpful to my five children! She made sure everything was stocked, fresh, and clean! Want to thank the front desk, Jasmine for helping us get quick service on a crib for our baby! She called maintenance and made sure that it was the first thing he got when getting into his shift. Which took less than 15 minutes after requesting! Thank you for a clean and open pool for our kids to play in to get there energy out and sleep good after:) This Hotel is polite to their customers, has quality breakfast, and clean rooms! Thank you so much!

• 伯明翰胡佛广场欢朋套房酒店 My reservation was somehow cancelled, but not by me. My payment to ********** was processed on 2/19/26 for a 2 night stay on 3/13 and 3/14. A week later my son was in the hospital in Anniston, AL on life support so I tried to cancel through ********** while not being able to talk to a human. Their website told me they would attempt to contact the hotel to cancel and if the hotel didn’t charge them, they wouldn’t charge me. I received 2 emails over the next few days saying they had tried multiple times to contact the hotel but couldn’t, and so I would not be refunded. I called the hotel multiple times and was told they had no problem cancelling but they couldn’t canceling and not charging, but ********** had to do that. I never cancelled the reservation. In the mean time, my son was transferred to UAB hospital in Birmingham which was where my reservation was for. I called to hotel and talked to the manager who told me that the reservation was cancelled by a lady in their sales department but they were now booked up for those nights. She offered that she could get me a room at another one of their sister properties but I’d have to pay for it and was going to be over $600. So it looks like this hotel and ********* both got their $ from me and the hotel was able to double dip by booking my room on top of that. Unbelievable!
