• 驼背山牧场旅馆 We had room five, up a LOT of steps with no handrails and little lighting. The furnishings were: 2 beds, a small bookcase, and a rack with six hangers. One bare bulb in the ceiling. No bedside tables, nowhere but the floor for luggage, no cup in the bathroom, no blankets. At least the A/C worked, but there were no instructions for adjusting it and it definitely was not worth the walk back down to the office to ask someone for help!! That having been said, the outings for snorkeling and hiking at the national park were well-organized and generally led by competent people. The food was adequate, though there was no choice.
• 驼背山牧场旅馆 We just returned from three nights at Hotel Rancoho Corcovado. The hotel is small and simple but charming. It is located right on the seafront, in a beautiful bay. You can go down a few steps from your room barefoot, straight to the beach (the hotel provides towels and sun loungers) to enjoy the sea, the pleasant breeze and the amazing sunsets. In addition, the hotel staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is very friendly and informal. We felt that they really cared that we enjoyed our stay there. The style of serving breakfast and dinner is different from what we are used to in hotels, but the food was very tasty and the kitchen and dining room manager always made sure that we had something we liked to eat. In addition, it is a great place to go for trips and attractions in the reserve. Highly recommended.
• 维洛维洛胡伊林俱乐部酒店 Falta de equipamiento y mantención de la instalación, y a pesar de entregar la información a servicio al cliente, no hubo respuesta ni explicaciones. Mas encima exigen pagan por adelantado el 100%, sin capacidad de anulación ni reembolso. Solo salvó la experiencia, el entorno, el cual es una maravilla.
• 博尔戈拉福凯恩度假屋(Caba?as Borgolafquen) La vista es realmente espectacular, especialmente desde el dormitorio principal, que da directamente al lago. Todas las caba?as tienen acceso directo al lago y cuentan con sus propias sombrillas y reposeras. Las caba?as son cómodas y cuentan con TV cable y wifi, algo fundamental en la zona ya que la se?al es débil. Por último el servicio de aseo ayuda mucho al descanso.
• 卡拉梅利酒店 Great location right on the shores of beautiful Lago Llanquihue. The beach was right outside the door of our cabana, which was fantastic. And the spectacular Osorno Volcano was visible from our bedroom window. The cabana itself was small but bright, clean, and comfortable. There is a small kitchen which was minimally stocked with dishes and cookware. We were disappointed that the promised breakfast service was unavailable during our stay, and there was some confusion about that in advance as we got different and conflicting information from the AI assistant that was answering some of our WhatsApp messages. (Apparently, the assistant was very new and still being "trained"!) There is a lovely hot tub on the premises, but we were disappointed that it required an additional fee to be used. Overall, the place is lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful, but it seemed to us that for the price, there should have been more services provided (including breakfast and the hot tub).
• 汉堡米勒恩门普瑞米尔酒店 Dieses Hotel hat ein Anfrage zur Stornierung abgelehnt obwohl ich ausreichend Beweise vorgelegt habe, dass ich noch 6h entfernt von HH in einer Vollsperrung der Autobahn stand. Diese Sperrung dauerte 6h Stunden. Kurz vor Mitternacht war die Autobahn wieder frei. Ich w?re also erst am Morgen um 6Uhr dort gewesen. Mal abgesehen davon, dass es fahrl?ssig w?re noch zu fahren, wenn man eh schon 18h auf den Beinen ist.

• 汉堡弗利特岛汽车旅馆 Gute Lage und damit fussl?ufig viele Ziele in der Umgebung gut erreichbar. Sch?nes Hotel. Zu verbessern w?re im Zimmer ein Schrank und eine Ablage im Eingangsbereich, ansonsten alles sauber und gut. Ich würde dort wieder buchen.
• 入住！博丁豪斯公寓式酒店 Everything was in order. Hotel room was clean and bright. I have nothing to complain.
• 红门度假酒店 L’accueil et les h?tes très gentils mais les prestations, propreté et cadre général pas du tout en rapport avec le prix de la location.
• Les Balcons de Maurienne DEGRADATION CONSTANTE DEPUIS PLUSIEURS ANNEES A notre arrivée, l'amabilité du directeur adjoint est lamentable. La chambre a été livrée à 18h30 au lieu de 17h maximum comme indiqué dans le courriel de VTF Surtout, le ménage était très partiellement effectué: poils cheveux et autres sur le sol, toilettes sales, placards avec poussière ainsi que poussière un peu partout. Ce qui est scandaleux!! La qualité et la diversité de la nourriture est plus que mauvaise. Je mange mieux dans mon restaurant administratif pourtant pas réputé pour ses bons plats! Le batiment est totalement vieillissant sans aucun investissement depuis des années. Je ne parle même pas des incivilités de certains vacanciers qui prennent l'apéro midi et soir dans les couloirs des étages des chambres. Qui rentrent bourrés entre 23h et 1h du matin en parlant fort et avec les bouteilles à la main (la direction n'en ayant rien à faire puisqu'ils viennent tous les ans sans aucun problème). Ainsi la dégradation continue des balcons de Maurienne version VTF est constante depuis des années alors même que les prix ne font que grimper. DERNIERE FOIS AVEC VTF!

Pour le prix qu’on paye !!! Le bar serveur désagréable animation nulle je ne recommande pas du tout vacances bleu null

• Bassée的池塘 L'endroit est magique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La journée de pêche pour mon mari et mon fils était génial! L'écolodge est parfait, très bien équipée. Tout est propre. Le service adorable. La corbeille pour le petit déjeuner est très bien fournie avec des produits de qualité. On reviendra sans hésitation! Merci à toute l'équipe
• 阿姆里特巴万酒店 It was a wonderful experience. Ambience service food are all top class . Private Ganga ghat and room for changing near the ghat . Ganga Aarati in the evening with the small no of guests makes it divine. It is close to Railway station and Harikipauri. Food was amazing and the attentive kind staff made it special. I also had foot and full body massage. Very satisfactory . Overall it it is a A++ experience
